Mechatronics Lab

The Mechatronics lab system is designed for laboratory and practical study using automation line model and consists of the following stations:

1. Supply and storing station
2. Assembly station
3. Machine vision station
4. Sorting and storing station

Each station performs a practical function and safely demonstrates the characteristics of a fully automated process and can be used individually. Connector block has been designed to connect stations to the measurement equipment.

The system allows to combine and synchronize all stations, design new automation systems, estimate manufacturing processes, and also program the system for operating in different modes.The system can be used in high schools and technical colleges. Control and measuring equipment is based on NI myRIO. The software is developed in NI LabVIEW.
